I have always loved visiting this muesuem. I feel like a lot of contemporary art collections are not free to the public and I love the opportunity it brings for so many artists that I’ve gotten to see over the years. Hear are some of the pieces that are here in September some of these may not be here anymore. Everyone is very well informed it’s a clean establishment. I’m a sucker for a well lit clean bathroom this place has this. I’m very sad to say the invisible man on the roof was not there when we went and it was sad to see him missing. :( hope he comes back. Other than that always love my time here

I absolutely love this art museum! I always have a blast going, It's really a great place to go especially if you're new to Roanoke or you're just looking to find some sort of inspiration for your own art! A lot of exhibits are free too so that's a big plus!

Hosted our daughters wedding and reception. Absolutely stunning venue. Whitney was a true gem. Helped us in any way that we needed throughout the whole entire day. Thank you Taubman museum for an unforgettable day!

My husband and I recently got married at the Taubman and could not have been more pleased with a venue. The beautiful space and natural light allowed us to not have to worry about many decorations as the space holds enough of it's own beauty to make the day unforgettable. Whitney was so helpful in the months long process and made us feel special. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions, needs, and wants. We loved the unique spaces to take bridal party and couple photos including the patio, art exhibits and ceremony backdrop. It was a perfect day and I owe most of that to Whitney and the beauty of the Taubman.

A small museum but you can tell their exhibits are well thought out as well as have a good variety of subjects and styles. We spent a good 2 hours here. I also appreciated the staff at the desk when you enter. The girl noticed my camera and made a point to tell me about the observation deck so I could get some good shots out there before the high winds came. It was much appreciated. I found this to be a great treasure to experience in Roanoke.

We host a career fair at the museum and had a wonderful experience. The staff was so helpful and they took care of every little detail. They had extra people everywhere that would jump in and help without even having to be asked. It made our job as the event organizers VERY easy! I will definitely be using this space again soon.
